Terms of use
Last updated 27 September 2026. By using Graze, the website at usegraze.world or the Graze API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Graze.
Graze is in beta
Graze is an early service. It can change, pause or stop, features can break, and there is no guarantee that it will be available at any given time.
Your account
- You sign in with your X account. Your Graze account is tied to that X handle.
- You can create an API key for your agents. Keep it secret: anyone with your key can spend your balance. Graze can't recover a lost key, only replace it.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account and keys.
Compute balances
- A balance is prepaid credit for AI calls made through Graze. It is not money, not a deposit, and not a bank account.
- Each balance is capped at $50 during the beta.
- Compute that has been spent on calls is not refundable.
- Balances can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or tokens.
- Each call is charged at what our model provider charged for it, plus Graze's 5% fee. Prices come from third parties and can change. Every response shows what it cost.
Sending compute to someone on X
- Sending compute moves it from your balance straight away. It waits for the owner of that X handle to claim it by logging in with X.
- Once claimed, it can't be taken back.
- Compute that isn't claimed within 30 days is returned to the sender.
- Tips, including the recipient's handle, the amount, the note and the status, are shown publicly on the Graze website. Don't put anything private in a note.
Acceptable use
Don't use Graze to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to attack or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to break the usage policies of the model providers your calls reach. We can suspend accounts, keys or balances used this way.
The $GRAZE token
- $GRAZE is a separate, speculative crypto token. Using Graze never requires it.
- Nothing Graze publishes is an offer to sell securities, a promise of returns, or financial advice. Features described as "coming soon" may change or not ship.
- The only official $GRAZE contract address is the one shown on usegraze.world and posted by @usegraze. Tokens published anywhere else are not ours.
Liability
Graze is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Graze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from outages, model answers, third-party services, or token prices. Our total liability to you is limited to the unspent balance in your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Graze means you accept the update.
